Q&A: Do I have to replace my all my audio components if I switch out my stock Ford head unit?

Question by silatye: Do I have to replace my all my audio components if I switch out my stock Ford head unit?
I have a SVT Focus, the head unit/CD changer stopped working AGAIN!
I want to replace it, but I was told the different Ohm rating would require me to change out speakers, speaker wire, and event he stock sub woofer....is this true?
