I am replacing the speakers in a older Peavey guitar amp. What OHM speaker should I buy?

It is a mid to late 80's Peavey Renown 400 solo series. Two 12 inch speakers. On the back of the amp, it says 4 OHM minimum amplifier load. 210 watts. 29V RMS. Do I put two 8 OHM speakers in it?

Answer by did_u_no_wrongYep, two 8 OHM speakers sounds right. If you put two 4 OHMs in it would fry the amp.

Or you could put one 4 OHM speaker in and leave the other
