Has anyone heard of Quantum Audio brand for car stereo products?

Question by coach: Has anyone heard of Quantum Audio brand for car stereo products?
If you have is it really good quality sounding stuff? Or is it some cheap brand that my local car stereo place is trying to sell? They wanted to sell me a 6.5 component set for 125.00 and they said it retails for 199.99. They were the orange speakers.
