Question by massure4hire: Guitar amp speaker replacement?
I got a guitar amp and its killing me with only 15watts. Can I just replace the 8" lame speaker with an 8" awesome speaker for the amp? A lot of other amps with 50-100 watts are a lot more than I want to pay right now and just replacing the speaker would cost a lot less.

Answer by waynebuddYes. 90% of what you hear is the responsibility of the cabinet (properly designed), not the ability of the driver to handle
